While on the scene, the driver takes a liking to Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) and proceeds to flirt with him. For instance, she jokingly admits to working at the strip club the billboard advertised. Ironic right?

While expecting the abandoned building, Severide and Boden discover they’re not alone. They find an unidentified man that utters the numbers, “24198.” They proceed to ask for a name, but the man repeats the numbers. So, what does the five-digits mean?

As the episode progresses, Boden and Severide try to find the identity of “24198.” Soon after, they learn the man has dementia. Michele (Michele Martinez) and Desmond (Desmond Gray) transport the unidentified man to the Gaffney Chicago Medical Center

Concerned for the man’s safety, both men head to Chicago Med. At first, Dr. Isley (Alka Nayyar) thinks the number could be from the man’s past. But, that is not the case. Ultimately, they discover the true meaning of the mysterious five-digit number. After finding the man’s hat, Boden and Severide discover that 24198 was the man’s badge number. Shortly after, Trudy Platt (Amy Morton) says the man is a former police officer named Henry Sidwell (Peter Lawson Jones).
